Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion allows you to suspend your Account for a designated period of time. If you choose to self-exclude, we will use all reasonable efforts to ensure we comply with your self-exclusion. However, in agreeing to self-exclude, you accept that you have a parallel responsibility not to attempt to circumvent voluntary self-exclusion. Purchase Limits (Miss. Lady Gamble Tokens): Miss. Lady Gamble provides you the option to set daily, weekly, or monthly limitations on the amount of Miss. Lady Gamble Tokens you can purchase to continue accessing the Services. Once the limit is reached, you will not be able to make any new purchases until the limit is reset (depending on the period chosen for the limitation). Please remember that there is no purchase necessary for you to obtain Miss. Lady Gamble Tokens. Please review our Sweepstakes Rules (found at: https:// www.msladygamble.com/sweepstakes-rules) for more information.

Play Limits (Sweeps Tokens): Miss. Lady Gamble provides you the option to set daily, weekly, or monthly limitations on the amount of Sweeps Tokens you can use to play Sweepstakes Games offered on the Website. Once the limit is reached, you will not be able to use Sweeps Tokens and/ or otherwise participate in Sweepstakes Games until the limit is reset (depending on the period chosen for the limitation).

We will use best efforts to implement limits immediately; however, until in place, you are responsible for ensuring that you do not exceed the limits you have set for yourself. You can change or revoke the limits you have set at any time. Revocation of limits may result in a cooling period before you are able to access the Services.
